India has over 300 million registered vehicles and growing. Every one runs on some form of energy — petrol, diesel, CNG, electric. Every driver makes decisions daily: where to fill up, how much, whether their vehicle is performing normally.

The total spend on vehicle energy in India is massive. And almost none of it is tracked, analyzed, or optimized at the individual level. There's no equivalent of a bank statement for how you spend on fuel.

The EV transition is accelerating. New fuel types, new infrastructure, new consumption patterns — but still no unified layer to understand any of it.

This isn't a feature gap in existing apps. There are no existing apps. This is a category that doesn't exist yet.

Every user who logs a fill-up contributes to the mileage database. Every pump rating updates the crowdsourced map. Every charging station report makes the network more useful for the next person. The product literally improves as it scales.

After a certain point, no competitor can replicate this without starting over. The data moat — years of real-world mileage data for specific vehicles on specific routes in Indian conditions — becomes the core asset. Not the app. Not the UI. The data that nobody else has.
